What is the name of this screw/pin?

Postby Orlough » Sun Feb 27, 2011 9:38 pm

Hello all I was wondering if anybody could tell me what the name of the screw or area of where this screw is supposed to be.

The screw hole is the one that is diagonally up to the left of the A in Armalite.

Thanks for any help! :D

There also may be a tiny screw that holds the body pin in. I have plenty of extras If you want one

Was there a screw inside of the pin itself?

It looks like you have a pin that has a screw-on backer for extra security. If you need an extra set, those will work, but I have extras if you want. (free)

Remeber that manual that came with you gun that you probably threw out saying "pssh manual? just aim and shoot" It has a parts list on the CA website they have some manuals for some guns. How old is it?

also i'm assuming it's a CA due to the lower reciever but same applys for most other guns

Yep, it's a Classic Army It's about 3-4 years old so pretty old. Thanks for offering free ones but i'm going down to the hardware store tomorrow to get it so it will be cheap, and my dad's paying for it. :)
