Anyone know any quality barrel extensions, foregrips,and a round drum mag that i could put on a g36c?

Google is your friend, so is the search function. Make some sort of effort to find out your own information before posting. Or do something useful and go weed some flower beds for your Mom.
One of the best ways is to just head into ASONW so you can actually see/touch the items first hand.
