does anyone have a spare cleaning rod? if so, could i buy it for like 5 buckks?

Go down to the local gun store / bimart and get a 22lr gun cleaning rod. It will fit a 6mm bore just fine and will last far longer than the cheapie ones that usually come with the guns.

Agreed, just be careful so you don't scratch the barrel since a real cleaning rod is metal.
