JG Generation 4 Gearbox info

So guys,

If I wanted to upgrade my gearbox and my barrel, what should I upgrade to? I love the m16 look, so I would like to keep the frame I have now, but I would like better internals.

Also, when I shoot my gun on Semi, it is very accurate, but when I switch to auto, the bbs go all over the place. Is there a way I can decrease the spread of the bbs?

Madbull blue hop-up bucking and a prometheus barrel is a good place to start
