remember that cold weather can zap your batteries power. So make sure to limit any unnecessary shooting and bring/charge any extra batteries you have.

Even a full battery will appear dead when cold enough (nimhs and nicds). If you are having battery issues try warming it up (stick it in a pocket close to your body, preferably your torso, as that will be warmest) before assuming it is dead and going for your spare. Also, keep your spare battery warm the same way. Careful with those stick types though, you can break them if you aren't careful.

Agh damnit. Make my flashlight available for someone else because I may/may not be able to afford it, I'll tell you when I arrive if i can or not. But by freeing those funds up for gas until i can secure more funding (which is possible by friday) im securing my attendance.

USRF has a chance to win now, whew!

Just an idea, but for cold battery issues you could buy a couple hand warmers and if you have room, stick them around the battery in the compartment. Not sure if it may cause a hazard, but if you can avoid putting them in contact with the battery the radiant heat could do the trick.

With the amount of heat a handwarmer produces, the likelihood of it overheating or damaging your battery is fair. Never heat a battery. Insulating it might work, but no promises.

Okay I have three things to say so here it goes.

1. Riddick I might still be able to buy the charger on the Thursday.

2. I might bug out due to a huge VET bill that I payed for which in turn was my money to go to this game. I can see if I can mooch of $30 from a friend.

3. It might snow around Splat Action on Friday and Saturday. The snow level is suppose to drop to around 1,000-1,500 feet this weekend, and may continue to drop .
THE SNOW MAY NOT STICK DUE TO THE WET GROUND!!!! :(

Forecast for this weekend. Saturday a high of 40 and a low of 28. Sunday a high of 42 and a low of 35.

So what Riddick said you need to find a way to warm up those battery's!!
