V2 gearbox, assembled from the ground up.
The Problem: When the selector plate is in the full-automatic position, the trigger pulls, but when it is in the semi-automatic position, it acts as if it is on safe. I have already ruled out the safety trigger stopper, so that seems to leave only the cut-off lever to be the problem.
So, what could be going wrong?
I am not familiar with how the cut-off lever works in respect to the trigger, and have never installed a wire harness by myself before, so there is a high probability that I made a mistake in assembly. An in-depth explanation of that functionality would probably be the most helpful
