Your motor isn't seated properly. Adjust the screw on the exterior, bottom of the pistol grip.

Sound's like possibly your bevel gear is stripped and your motor isn't contacting anything due to that. That is, assuming it's not just that you need to adjust the motor height.

if the instructions catch posted didn't work pull your motor out and see if you striped your pinion gear, if the teeth on the motor is fine then you need to break into your gearbox and see what's wrong

This. It sounds to me like you may need to open your gearbox to check if the bevel/spur/sector gear(s) are stripped, or if your lucky, your piston.

EDIT: Duhr, you have an ICS. If the motor pinion gear is fine, just open your gun's receiver and check your piston/gears.

in the video only the motor is turning. you need to release the piston then open up the reciever and check your piston teeth and double check to see if you gears turn when you pull the trigger. i would recomend pulling the motor to examine the teeth. there is just not enough info in this video to do more than guess further what is wrong with your gun.
one of the reasons that your gun will have what you call the "chainsaw" sound, is because you have gears that are kind of bouncing against each other as they turn. if they have no resistance. you could also be rubbing against a pick up tooth that has worn down/broken and also you can sometimes hear the arl and cutoff lever moving when the piston isnt.
