umm, spare parts?

Postby Reaver » Tue Dec 11, 2012 12:14 am

So I decided to brave the waters and mod my g36c. While I'm aware there is a recent posting of a gentleman who built his, I ended up with a spare trigger spring that I can for the life of me figure out how to make it do whatever the hell it is supposed to do lol. The reason I dismantled it was to re wire withe lonex silver plated low resistance wire, deans and other low resistance connectors. Also swapped the g36c inner barrel (10") for a spare m4 barrel (14"). Also maybe its just me but any advice on tripple checking the spur gear catch?
When in doubt, empty the mag.

Apparently my mystery spring was part of the trigger assembly that was critical to semi auto mode. Thank God for YouTube to shine light on the a.r. latch installation. Only had to try twice and its running perfectly again :). And that lonex wire is the s***!
When in doubt, empty the mag.
