- The Evergreen Militia started as a core group of members Atlas, Zeke, and Phoenix since about 2012. We've had several other regulars come and go in the years since, and now run a cohesive squad of 5-6 members. We've been playing local fields and events regularly the entire time, and in recent years have made it to some events in Oregon as well.
As a team, we value integrity, competence, and humility. We meet outside of games and events to drill on tactics. We always ask ourselves what could have been done better, and consider every loss to be lesson. We believe in playing better. We value good tactics and communication over expensive guns and gear.
Our Regulars are held to a high standard. Uniform requirements are specific and enforced strictly, because uniforms should create cohesion, not express individuality. They are expected to make it to most practices and games, have basic knowledge of tactics, and be able to lead a small squad when needed.
In the interest of bringing new recruits into the fold, we've created the entry-level Militia roster. Get yourself an OD green button-up, basic gun, and safety gear and you can jump right in. Request to join through this site, show up to one of our practices, or just introduce yourself at a game. We're always happy to meet new players, and see how well we work together.
