When I was there, I had to fill out a waiver.

I might be wrong, but I believe that your parent or guardian will need to be present to sign a waiver for you, if you're under 18.

Bill, Told my team that no one under 18 was allowed to even play there, because of insurance reasons. Although since they opened it up to the whole AP community that may of changed.

waivers

Postby SCROUNGE » Sat Jan 26, 2008 4:09 pm

Everyone has to sign a waiver. At this time due to insurance reasons you have to be at least 18 y/o and have photo id if we ask for it with proof of DOB. That's not how we wanted it, just how it has to be for now. I'll shoot the crap out of anyone. Maybe next time we'll be able to do under 18???

Scrounge - we just want to confirm - all the money collected is going to charity, or is a percentage going to the land owner for field fees, with everything beyond paying the land owner going to charity?

Can you confirm one or the other?

following alex and a few others concerns, what charity do the proceeds go to, and will they be contactable and transparent?

I had the same concerns. Don't you think it would be better if everyone brought $10 worth of food?

You could just post your reciept from the charity once your contribution has been made. Not only does that prove you made it, it also boosts morale for the next one and gives everyone a sense of pride because they know they did something good.

Count M.S.G. Recon in. I got the day off just so I could shoot you guys again (been far too long). Andy should be there, as well as two other blokes o' mine. One's a newbie, the other was at the last Vernonia skirmish (folks might remember, Matt).

Let's have some fun!
