$20 each, includes C-Ration lunch and Saturday night Firebase BBQ

Operation Rawhide is now entering its 3rd year of Vietnam airsoft action. This is a Milsim type event, so there are certain restrictions for kit.LOCATION: Leavenworth WA (Firebase Teresa)

MISSION: Locate and eliminate NVA infiltration routes in the A Shau Valley.

EYE PROTECTION REQUIRED ON THE FIELD AT ALL TIMES

ACTIVITIES, SATURDAY: Briefings, Training (FNGs only), Recon (Old Salts only), Patrols, firebase defense, Bomb Damage Asessments, C-Ration lunch in the field (provided), village inspection, ambushes, firebase BBQ (provided), night ambushes, NCO poker game. Remain Overnight/Night Defense Position and Listening Posts (optional, for ultra bad-asses).

ACTIVITIES, SUNDAY: Patrols, hill assualt, debriefings, award cerimonies for best overall impression (voted on by all).

SUITABLE IMPRESSIONS, US ARMY 101st ABN DIV./USMC 1st Marines: Infantry OD or ERDL jungle fatigues, Tiger Stripe (recon personnel), jungle/combat boots. M-56 or M-67 web gear. M-16 and variants, M-60 and other period correct weapons.

SUITABLE IMPRESSIONS, VIET CONG/ NORTH VIETNAMESE: OD or tan uniforms, black pajamas. AK-47 and variants and other period correct weapons.
