As we survive record temps we are reminded to seek shade and to hydrate. Although that may be true, we are also forgetting the important piece that makes this game fun and that is our gear. Specifically batteries, they are susceptible to swelling and exploding during extreme environmental temperatures. This is not limited to batteries but also weapons, as gaskets, plastics, plugs and other heat sensitive components. If possible keep them away from direct sunlight and protect your gear. You worked too hard to loose that 400 weapon due to carelessness. As usual hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. You know your own limitations don't expect others to do it for you. Above all have fun and be safe!
