Trademarks

Postby Mashed-Potatoes » Sat Jul 28, 2007 6:26 pm

Well I'm about to by a GBB from either eHobby asia or WGC shop. On WGC shop it says in the FAQs that they "burn" the trademarks off a gun to get them past customs. Has anyone bought a GBB from them? are the trademarks actually "burned" or do they cover them with putty or electrical tape? What about eHobby Asia? What do they do with their trademarks. I know they cover them but how? I just want to be able to have trademarks on my gun with no cosmetic damage. Thanks

My advice
Buy all AEG's and GBB's from an American retailer. It's allready in America, You don't have to worry about customs siezing it or adding duty fees.

well the problem is that I can't find the exact gun I want in any US retailers.

EDIT: also, At WGC shop, how much of the barrel or slide do they paint orange?
