Oh, that's hilarious! Just like, all over the manual, huh?
Well, any schmuck can work packaging wonders with a shrink-wrap machine, so it might have been used and just well repackaged (like they happened to keep all the Styrofoam and such around).
It probably says "See this part here? It's gonna break in like a week." and "Stupid Americans. This gun is crap."
