New location for a new Battle-Zone...

I am creating a small airsoft field, it is 3 acers, about to become 8 allong with Other assets of property, alltogether is between 8-13 acers.

I need to know of any laws or regulations that i would need to put into affect... i want to also be holding a free test run of the property before summer 2009, i would appereciate any advice, scinarios or rule ideas that could be helpfull...

Depends what you plan to do. If you plan to hold large events with a fee, then you'll need that awesome thing called insurance. And someone over 18.

Untill i have had the free run to get ideas, input and such, i will just have my local group of about 30 to come and help me...
i know about the insurance and such, my friends dad is a lawyer , and i just wanted to know what types of things that people prefer to have avaliable in there wars.

the property has A LOT of wildlife, which include racoons, brown bears, cougars, a lot of cyotys, deer and a large group of elk that go through a lot. because of this, iI will not have any overnighters...
the property has a large creek going through it and a big pond in the middle, there is a large field and a lot of woodland(thick & quade trailed)
