Then the admin needs to handle the gun to make sure the rounds aren't pitching up. Take a peek at where the hop is set. If it's too high, tell the player to dial it in, then chrono it when it fires correctly.

Guns should be chronod at the hop up setting they are played at, if the admin sees a guy chronoing with BB's flying up like a bleeding space shuttle at 399FPS, obviously its a guy trying to hack it up. If the guy chronos at 399 and the hop up is dialed in perfectly, its likely he will leave it there.
