Thread cleaned. Tread lightly. If you're not going to answer, then don't post. One more"In before the lock" from you Nasty and you'll not be "in" before anything again.

Usual injuries are benign and typically include small welts, scrapped knees, twisted ankles and broken teeth.

wear a full facemask and you'll be fine. little bruises and welts are all you'll have to deal with.

And good boots, I'd argue good boots are almost as important as eye protection depending on the field being played.

Most injuries are based more on people running through the woods not paying attention. (assuming you're playing with people who follow set FPS rules)

and gloves are another thing you may wanna consider. The hand is the most painful place to get shot from my experience. doesn't cause injury per say, but does feel rather unpleasant.

QFT

I say second to the face, but as already stated, quickly solved with a full face mask.

I've been shot in the face and the hands...the hands hurt more and longer in my opinion.

welts on the face are obviously somewhat more noticeable other parts of the body.

I always seem to get hit in the ear or the nose, so that might just be me. I got a deep blood blister on the knuckle of my thumb once, that was probably the most annoying/painful injury I've sustained.

You never realize how much you use any given body part until it hurts every single time you so much as look at it.

I've noticed that my big Jewish nose seems to draw a lot of fire. haven't taken any hits to the ears so I consider myself lucky there.

Luckily I haven't gotten one like the pic Duke posted (second row down, far left) that one looks like it hurt. And that's going to be a REAL pain to keep clean/uninfected.
