Does it come with a metal slide? If not, buy one. BAM no more orange. If it comes w/ a metal slide, you may try acetone(Finger nail polish remover works). Try not to get it on any plastic, though as it can eat away.

we've been told by a customs agent that airsoft guns can be considered BB guns and woudn't require an orange tip if sold to someone who is 18 or over
