I agree.
I myself have seen to many under 18 and some 18+ being INCREDIBLY stupid with airsoft guns. Which is why in safety briefs I let it be known that anyone caught being retarded with their gun shall be shot in the d*ck or t*t.

In realism if it came down to it I would prefer 18 and under banned then the entire sport. And I'm 17 so it's saying something.

This is ridiculous... We minors can all preach about stupid people our age, and say how we are better, etc. But to be honest, it doesn't matter! The only reason why this discussion involves minors is because the public eye consists of mostly uneducated adults. Therefore, "minors and airsoft" becomes the problem as opposed to "stupid people and airsoft."

Icepick, you're missing the liability part. That's the majority of the debate on minors and airsoft. shazaam if you think you're mature. The Law doesn't care.

Minors can continue to plead their case on a forum side by side to a minor who can barely read or write.

But it comes down to actions in person. Minors flake to a lot of games. Minors show up in mismatched gear (big no no to the thematic players), and I guess generally, minors are minors and weird out us old folks who play airsoft to get away from our kids and drink heavily in the woods with other men.

People who take airsoft seriously are usually the ones who get in pissing matches or don't call their hits, but a lot of minors don't call hits as well, and it's always the minor on youtube acting stupid that politicians can point to.
