I would have to look up the law, but california was attempting to put out a law that recquired schools to lie to parents if a parent called the school asking if their child was escorted to an abortion clinic. because it was an unconstitutional violation of a minors right to privacy, notably privacy is not mentioned in the bill of rights...

Yes, I heard about that. There are some hefty fines and potentially nasty jail sentences as a result of that ban, if I remember correct. Let's hope to God that doesn't pass.
