I recommend the ICS MP5 series (version 4). Metal bodies, great attention to detail, great internals, but it comes with an M120 spring so beware.

If you dont want to wait for the new ICS mp5 to come out, you can buy the newly released SRC mp5. Which along with the ICS mp5, comes with a stamped and welded steel receiver. It can also accept real steel stocks and handguards.
