Echo1 Type 2 Mecha problems

I have a Echo1 type 2 box that shoots full auto when in semi. Its also half loading the spring. The cutoff lever is new as is the trigger plunger (I have no idea what the plunger is called). Any ideas?

There is a small spring that spans the gap between the cutoff lever and the fire selector plate, make sure that it's in place.
