So the wood grip on my RealSword AK broke in half. Anyone have recommendations for replacement? No I did not google this, I prefer to ask the forum I trust most. Thank you for any positive feedback.

Get a grip, man.
I'd hit up boneyards or just buy a new one. I've seen real steel handguards adapted for AK's and I'm sure with enough work and hollowing out you can make a real one work. But there are wood replacements out there for sure.
Yeah, since those Real Sword guys are busy making actual weapons for the Chinese government, you've probably noticed it's hard to get your hands on that part from their old catalog. I truly feel ya. Gaaahhh I wish they still existed in airsoft, so many good replacement parts in that catalog..
What Switchback suggested with acquiring a real AK grip might be a decent plan. I'd imagine you could do some crafty Dremel work and make things very close. I think Russkie has a RS Type 56 with lots of real steel parts, might want to PM him. I remember great amounts of talk about how the Real Swords were the only airsoft AK replicas which had realistically thin grip dimensions, and yet were capable of housing an AEG motor, so that's a positive thing for this sort of reverse-engineering.

early AK-47's and AKM's had fat/wide pistol grips. check on gun broker. some sellers show a photo comparison.
the type 56 is a "copy" of the AK-47 with some changes.
as for real sword, they were a prop up by the norinco auxillary truck parts factory. RS AK's are not to spec, when Justin of Daytona gun made a limited run of engines in Real sword bodies, he made the run even shorter because it was that much of a pita to modify the engine to fit the body.
as for any real sword tye 56 or 56-1. I suggest loctite your muzzle cap. i had a team mate loose my type 56 muzzle cap as it unthreaded during a 8 hour game.
Update us and provide pics if you can, it'd be nice to have a thread with a record of this, since the RS T56 rifles will be becoming harder to find and could use the craftsmen pro-tips.

Alright, here is what I worked out. Its far from perfect but I can use my beloved typ56 again. The grip did not fit right and the washer hole in bottom was to small, so a little dremel work(I am no pro) and I got it to work. Like I said, its not a perfect fit. Plus the grip is noticeably wider which I am not a fan of, but hey, my baby is able to get on the field again. here are the super lame and bad pics. I marked with pen where I needed to work it down to. and mounted, you can see grip is a little large and protrudes a bit in the back
