ST 15 14.5 "7" BAR AEG

Postby Aforbit » Thu Aug 22, 2013 12:28 pm

Hello AP,

I just acquired an ST 15 14.5 "7" BAR AEG from a friend who owed me money. As some of you know I normally run a 249 but this next AEG is more of a project AEG.

I am not too concerned with the amount of bb's I can put down range I am just looking to have it be more accurate.

I have installed a madbull tight bore on it but I am not sure where to go next.

Any ideas?
There is no 'overkill.' There is only 'open fire' and 'I need to reload.

A good hopup will help immensely. A good bucking will help too.

Hop up is where I would have gone first.

I don't know at all what kind of hop unit it uses, but the easiest would be to flat hop it and teflon tape it up. Prometheus standard purple (not straight bucking!) or madbull blue are good general choices. Then either an M-nub, h-nub or my personal favorite, prometheus bridge.
