What kind of battery? How long since it has been last charged? Battery could be bad. NIMH if not charged in like 6 months will cause it to go bad.... Lipo are good batteries BUT if unbalance will cause the battery to do various things like just quit working, catch on fire, be totally dead. All of these I have mention has happened to me. Not just for airsoft but RC as well....

Deans plug or Tamyia? If it's the Tamyia might have a loose connection inside the Tamyia. Not the one on the battery but the one that's on the gun....

its stock so i have Tamyia, it's probably what is wrong. going to take it to a shop to get it looked at, and / or switch to deans.

Thanks for your info.

If you have a voltage meter, test the wires at the battery connection on the gun. Set it to ohms, and pull the trigger, if the meter moves, it works. I doubt it will be your connection tho if the gun worked when you put it away.

It could be many things. Could be corrosion on the trigger contacts from sitting, could be a loose motor wire, on and on. I would take it to a store and have somebody look at it.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty

Unlikely but if the problem persists: disconnected motor wire, trigger not making contact, pinched wire.
I'm the osiris of this.
