Rate this tune-up

I own a Dboy AK74m (VFC type V3 gb). Right now all I've got is a good shim job. I am thinking of adding these parts:

SHS 16:1 gears (13:1 overkill?)

(SHS?) High Torque

Hurricane V3 bore up**

I put the ** on the Hurricane kit because I am running a 510mm 6.03. How does this sound? I am looking for 400fps and around 25rps.

EDIT: I think found the easy button? All it would leave is a good cylinder and motor.
