The KART m14s need significant work to get running smoothly; buy a G&G or G&P m14 instead.

theres also a significant price difference, im sure hes buying the Kart, cause he wanted to save 40 or so bucks buy not getting an an Echo1, yet alone 300 for the ARES, or 500 for a G&G, there is definitely logic behind buying a high quality gun... but some people don't want to spend that much for it.

Echo1 M14 = Kart M14

If you're willing to get something other than an EBR, get a SOCOM16.

Or be cool and buy a regular m14... I don't doubt your logic though.

i kinda like the JAE the best, in terms of airsoft, in RS my favorite is a tie between the AR variant, i'm not sure what the stock type is but it uses M4 grips and stocks and looks much more like an AR than other M14s, and the bullpup thats been coming out.
forgive my ignorance, it happens to everyone.

ex.- most Barretts, M21, M110 SAS, AI AS50, PSG-1, etc.

I used to own one of those .... theyre like 15lbs and the rails are cast alluminum, so they actually bend if you put a crappy UTG bi-pod on them.
honestly, i like the regular m14's better. The EBR stock is just not worth the extra weight.

You are right, sir Reeko, my post was out of line. Let me restate the post:

Does it fire full auto? What's that? It does?

Then it's not even a DMR.*

hallowground wrote:actualy I think they make sniper drones that do all the calculations and take out people from extreme distances, but I'm not sure if they're still called snipers. Also, I immediately pictured mounting an M14 on one of those mine clearing drones that have the shotgun attachment. I'd say pick up that for an ausault rifle if you want it, or get a bolt platform for sniping

Well that made my brain bleed a bit.

Anyway, it sounds like your playing too much Call of Duty and want to be a sniper badass or something, which really doesn't work all that great in airsoft, 'cept for a handful of people that bust their asses to do that kind of stuff. You'll enjoy a DMR platform better methinks, move up to sniper rifle from there if you like the role. M14's are a fun/good DMR platform if you get a half decent one, or I'd suggest getting something along the lines of a longer rifle, such as a G36 (Full, not the C) or a G3.

besides him saying "shotgun attatchment" i didnt see anything in that statement that implied he played too much Modern Warfare 2.

It was meant to be more directed to the original poster. Since ya know, seems like every 13-16 year old that comes around here wants to "buy a sniper."

I actualy don't play a lot of call of duty. I have, I'll admit, and I enjoy video games as much as the next guy, but what I meant by "shotgun attachment" is this drone the military has, it's only about 8" tall and have like a 1.5^2 footprint, it's got a lot of versatility they can use it to detect mines, work on/move bombs, or clear buildings with this semi-auto shotgun that attaches to the drone at an angle to work at very close ranges. and my eyesight makes it difficult(not imposible, simply difficult) for me to acheave great accuracy, although I have been thinking on building a bolt platform under the 400fps mark with iron sights for high accuracy 20-30 yard shots. also, what did you mean by "brain bleed a bit"?

Reading the previous post with pretty much no effort for any kind of grammatical accuracy was painful. And again, not referring to you with the COD thing.

I own a KART M14 EBR,and they are very accurate.I dont recommend it though because the internals arent very good, and the metal is very weak(14lbs of pot metal). Its still sexy though. And it broke after putting 2k rounds through it.
