Classic Army M 24 trigger group

I am looking at taking apart the trigger group on my M 24 to look at the safety which is malfunctioning . Any experience with this ...... Beran ?

The question is:

Did you adjust your trigger to be more realistic and less of a 14lbs pull? If so, the chances of your safety catching properly is very low.

I'm building the third M24 right now..and they still haven't improved that part of the action.

I have not adjusted the trigger pull at all. the safety has no resistance in the action of it and just "flops" back and forth without resistance. I called AEX and it was reported that there is a small bearing that serves as a detent. perhaps that is missing. I have never dis assembled the trigger group and was wondering about any pit falls.
