L96 upgrades... again.

You guys are really not being very helpful.
I fixed the compression, now shoots ~385fps with .3g BBs, which is about 5fps faster than it was.

So say i upgrade the piston; what kind should i get?

That is 2.065 joules, it converts to 471 fps with 0.2. Better to talk about fps using 0.2.

I have a $30 echo1 upgrade kit and I'm getting 495. Used to be 510. Over time the spring loses elasticity and the FPS will drop. The piston in the echo1 upgrade kit is small diameter and doesn't accept M170 springs. If you get an upgrade piston that takes the big springs you can get whatever FPS you want.

The best choice for a piston would be the pss96 piston made by laylax.
