Go with the PDI, it's far superior. Just replacing clone L96 parts is a waste of money.

Not in my own gun but I have seen the results, and compared to how my l96 shoots with it's stock utg hop up, the range is far better with the pdi.

I have tried both; had a UTG L96 with the PDI.

A good hop-up goes a long ways. It's totally worth it.

Why does yours need replaced?

The PDI will far outperform the stock one when installed correctly.

AONW has them in stock here.

sweet i will definatly get one then also i have no clue on this does it allow the use of aeg hop up rubbers, and also the reason why i needed it was first the adjustment bar snapped in half and second i was not so impressed with the build quality, i have one of the old utg l96's

Yes, the PDI unit is specifically designed to allow you to use AEG hop-up rubbers.

The PDI's use a very sturdy adjustment bar which shouldn't have any of the issues of the previous one.

I would recommend either the MadBull blue bucking, the Modify bucking, or the PDI Bucking. I'm not a huge fan of the KWA 2Gx bucking, and especially not in a bolt rifle.

If you can find a Firefly AEG bucking, I'd go with that. I use their VSR-10 bucking and have phenomenal results.
