Sniper accuracy.

What are main factors that give a Sniper rifle, Bolt, AEG or gas its best accuracy? Either a 6.01 tightbore, a really long barrel itself, High Fps or wether its an AEG, Gas, or bolt. What gives the most accuracy? What is the best Sniper right out of the box? P.S. $300.00 spending limit.

Tightbore barrel (6.01) and a well adjusted hop up
I also like how you hid a "What gun should i get" inside of this
