jg bar10 question

im 99% sure they are, but are tsd sd700 and jg bar 10s stocks interchangable? im planning on putting a bar 10 in my modified custom sd700 stock. Also, what spring should i use to get 520-545 fps with the following set up: jg bar10,dbc 6.01 tbb,nineball bucking, laylax ported piston, and laylax spring guide.(all threads and seals covered in teflon tape for better compression) im not sure what its at right now because i dont have a chrono, but its the stock spring.
