Wow... They just keep raising the price on those. A few of my friends threw together funds to buy one when they were $200, and we thought we were ripped off at that price... I would definitely pass at the price of $380.

The body screws strip. The hop up sucks. It weighs a million pounds. Its a cool wall hanger, but don't even think about taking it out to a skirmish.

You won't. Not that's worth its salt. As far as I know, that's the best one you can get without paying $1,000. Like any rifle, it'll need upgrades. Good luck.

The only person I have even seen buy one of these was 14. Back to the topic, buy something in the $100 to $180 and then mod it to your preference.

had one and upgraded it a little too
it's cheapest on airsplat
got some angel custom parts (sears piston spring/guide) when those were installed it was a decent gun but it wasn't practical I'd only get it if you really want it and if you want to use it get someone who knows a lot about mods
also it is heavy as shazaam so think about how much moving you'll be doing

I wouldn't even think about using one of those. Your better off getting a Bar10 it's lighter, and you can conceal it better then that 16lbs behemoth. The Bar10 is cheaper, and has tons of replacement/upgrade parts. Unlike the M99 which I'm guessing has little to no parts to upgrade or replace.

I stand by the BAR-10 idea. Fact is, if you want a good rifle, that's an excellent starting place. The Barrett, on the other hand, is something that would make you look cool and be useless. I say *would* make you look cool, because it actually won't due to its utter inability to outrange an AEG.

No, I actually have a job. I ref at a paintball field. $40 per day, once or twice a week. it's taken a while but I have $300 saved up.
