So you are using your 300$ to buy a gun that will have to be upgraded to be effective?

Seriously? How was I supposed to know it would need to be upgraded? Why do you think I made this thread?

You're only 14, are you sure you can even pick up the gun?

I know I am only 15, and this might not be my place to say, but when I was 14, I was 5' 9" and I was bucking hay in my neighbors field for 10 hour days. Just because they are 14 doesn't mean they can't lift it. But yeah, I would hate to lug around a 20lb gun all day.

Okay, here's how we'll do this:
1) Congrats on the job. No sarcasm there. It's something to be proud of.
2) You're supposed to know, because there is sticky upon sticky talking about how impossible it is to find a proper out-of-the-box sniper. They all need upgrading. You'd know that if you'd read the stickies.
3) For emphasis, read the stickies.
4) READ THE STICKIES.

I demand a secret option E, as these options do not satisfy me.

I think I'll skip it. I can definitely carry around the gun (I'm 5'8" and my current gun is a 13 pound custom AUG), but it's just not worth that much money. If it was $190 on Evike (I don't trust AirSplat) I would go for it, but $380 is too much.

Giant waste of money. Probably will never work better than a $150 sniper rifle, but it will be twice as heavy and 10 times as expensive.

You won't. Not that's worth its salt. As far as I know, that's the best one you can get without paying $1,000. Like any rifle, it'll need upgrades. Good luck.

Also, buy a BAR-10. :P

Yah I would pass on that. The only Barrett I would buy is the M82 from SOCOMgear. It's great quality and partnered with Madbull features. I like to be flashy :P

Uh, dude. That gun costs WAY MORE than the other one. It may be an AEG Sniper, but look. I can throw a long barrel on a G3, Do the semi-auto only mod and build one hell of a DMR for WAY LESS than the SOCOMGear M82. If you want, you can even add an "anti-tank" style "compensation" device on the end.

The field I play at doesn't allow automatics to be over 400 fps with .25s... I couldn't use that effectively even if I had the money which I really don't
