100% compression

100% compression

I have a Bar-10 with a laylax cylinder and cylinder head and an action army piston. i did a compression test today on my rifle and it leaked (with the barrel off). I have no clue what to do to get 100% compression. after i achieve this, i am going to try to get 100% with the barrel on so if you know any mods for that too, please help. Thanks
