It takes the open bolt WE STANAGs. Looks cool, and I would love to have one, but it's made by WE. I don't want to spend 360 dollars on something that will have important parts made out of pot metal.

It looks very cool, and I put it up there with the "I wants" WE M14 EBR and open bolt PDW. But my only concern is that if it is indeed the WE open bolt system, the reliability has some major issues, just like the WA, when they take away the brass tube.

Also, if its not open bolt, then you have a funky brass tube, which I've never liked and why I would never buy another WE M4.

The newer WE rifles have been very reliable. I'm betting the L85 would be some hot stuff, well, as long as you aren't a lefty.
