I'm just wondering, would a pistol taking co2 12g cartridges be allowed, it shoots 360 with a .25 bb. Just wondering before i make a purchase.

Yes. But not for indoor.
BEFORE getting this weapon, consider:
A $100 AEG (low grade) will be much better. You can use it (accurately) outside. The handgun you are considering will be useless during outdoor, and illegal indoor.

Unless...it is a S&W Sigma 40F. Those are hot CO2 GBB's...

TL;DR: Yes indoor, no outdoor. But outside where it is, it will suck.

360 with .25's would chrono just under 400 with .2's. You'd be obligated to abide by the same minimum safe engagement distances people using AEGs would. This is why having a secondary (ie a pistol) that shoots under 330 is always a good idea. It's just good manners.

In the chrono it must be under 400FPS with .2g bbs for usual outdoor limit.

Seeing as my other gun atm is a sniper, AEG range is gonna do for me till i get a job.

All CO2 GBB guns are chronoed at PSC games. Believe it or not, they often chrono much higher than 400.
