We 1911 mag follower

Postby Mr. Killing Spree » Tue Jun 21, 2011 1:39 pm

I have the We MEU 1911 and the magazine follower in it broke I found a plastic replacement on Evike.com but I was wondering if there are aftermarket metal ones that I could get?

nope, just the plastic ones. the trick to not breaking them is not letting them snap up from the bottom to the top. ride it up with your finger.

I have the same gun, and i think i'm having the same problem as you. Just my "magazine follower" just keeps jaming forward. And a random piece came out. Do ou know how to get the loading nuzzle(magazine follower) o of the recoil chamber? I think thats where the piece belongs.
I know this isn't really and awnser, well it isn't but if you know let me know.

i think you may be confused as to what the parts are called. there is no "forward" that the follower can go to, its up or down. i think you may mean the chamber assembly. if you get a picture of whats wrong i might be able to help you with it.

Josh, if you turn the magazine 90 degrees on the Y axis, the follower can go forward...

upload them somewhere like photobucket or picasa, then use the [img] tags around the link on your post here.
