Noob propane question.

Postby EnarahRovaaniik » Tue Sep 11, 2012 6:47 pm

I'm going to get a KSC G18, and I will use propane in it. I just want to know where I need to lubricate for it to run properly. A) After gassing up the mag, lubricate the feed lip
OR
B) After shooting, disassemble the gun and lubricate the parts.
What do you recommend or feel is best?

lube the propane, lube the propane, lube the propane. Every 8 or so fills put a couple drops in. If your gun gets dry it does messed up things (learned from experience with a kwa mk23 and 226)

Buy yourself a lubricating propane adaptor. That's all it should ever really need.

I do have one of the Sapien Arms adapters with the silicone port, I've just heard people on the forums say that doesn't do much. I'll trust you guys though. Also, exactly how much should I put in the port?

Two drops every 5 magazine fills if you are using extended magazines. Every 7 or 8 for flush magazines.
