2001 and it's a SCAR-H. Huge flashhider is a giveaway. Plus the SCAR-H mags all have the "magpul" on them.

I figured as much from the shape of the magwell. I was just surprised to see NSW using the Mk.16.

That girl is with the British forces IIRC, not SEALs. That picture is part of training for combat photographers.
