Those USAF EOD guys are pretty locked on. I had the opportunity to meet some of them a while back, and was really honored.
Back on topic,

What kind of quick release is on that EoTech? I've never seen any hooked like that, but maybe that is because I buy replicas.

Googled "EOTech mount" and it was literally the first result.

Call the surgeons and tell them to take the day off, because I'll be doing all the operating now.

There's a point where this needs to stop, and we've clearly passed it

Can anyone find a picture of an AFSOC SOST loadout? That'd be great.

I don't think any deployed pictures exist for them, since they're relatively new. Since they're AFSOC medical personnel, I expect that they might be rocking the same stuff as PJs.

There is a video of them doing stateside training, and they're packing khaki med packs.

Maybe I'll just show up to a game in full surgical garb... MOST AUTHENTIC IMPRESSION EVER!!!

I saw some photos they seem to do what Nasty said and equiped the same as the PJs. As for with Tue ABU. Would there be more CB or that Ranger green sage color for issue? Ive seen a little of ABU pouches but I can't tell what the vest is. but also MC and CB seem to be much common. Wish there was a AS50 airsoft replica. I think it be sweet for this loadout
