Scope camera

Postby Goliath17 » Tue Aug 07, 2012 5:59 pm

Im looking for a scope camera to put on my gun so it will record what is being seen through my holographic sight. I was wonderimg where to get one, cause I can't find one, and if, while the camera is recording through the sight, if I can still see through the sight?
This is my rifle. There are many like it, but this one is mine. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. Without me my rifle is useless. Without my rifle, I am useless.

You'd be pretty hard pressed to find an affordable version, that doesn't cost 10K, or isn't thermal only.

A better way to do it would be to get a Contour, mount it to your helmet or on your RIS, and that way you can still get a first person effect.

One possible way is you could mount a Go-Pro next to your EOtech and put the EOTech on a riser, so that they're in-line, but it would be difficult to get a proper sight picture, or even shoot it properly without the LCD backpack.

There's a point where this needs to stop, and we've clearly passed it

I just tape my phone to my EOTech.

And it turns out like this:

It's not as counter productive as I think, because that EOTech has no battery cover and therefore is slightly useless.

Otherwise, not many people want to see what solely goes on on your sights, and who you shoot at. Rail mounted contours on buckets and GoPros are mostly where it's at, because it doesn't seem FPS-like or COD Montage or something.

But if you really want one, here.

Just don't cry when it gets shot out.
