It's one of those kids. I want to be an uber-tacticool Navy SEAL sniper. You're 15. What do you know about sniping?

All of my lols.

Most pictures of SEAL snipers are while they are prone, so it's hard to see what they are using.

From what I've read. It was tested and rejected.

Just get a light chest rig or MAV. So you can carry water, spare ammo, and a snack. Hell, you can even just use a camelbak and small pouch on your belt.

Alright, and thank you for the generalization. And just because I am 15 does not mean that I am a noob... also thank you for the advice! gladly appreciated.

Actually, yes it does. When you get about 10-15 more years on in life you'll realize I'm right, until then you'll disagree with that statement with every fiber in your body.

You may have more luck looking for kit ideas if you use the proper search term "greenside" rather than "recon". Disregard ATACS if you plan on doing a US mil kit.
