brown 1inx1in patch on OCP uniform?

Postby Lukens » Sun Dec 02, 2012 5:10 pm

I recently acquired a set of multicams from snake_eyes ( Thank you very much!) , and Im loving them. They're really comfy and soft for some strange reason haha.

But my question is this: There is a brown 1in by 1in patch on the left sleeve, and the left pant leg cargo pocket. Just wondering what its purpose is? Can anyone help me out?

Pictures help when describing things to people who cannot see what you can see.

The square marker on the left cuff of the shirt and on the left pocket of the trousers identify the uniform as being the Fire Resistant sets.

And on the trouser pocket

i belive that is reflective, kinda like cat eyes. they are identifiers so you do not receive friendly fire.

They identify the uniform as Fire Resistant.

FRACUs (Frack-You) breathe a bit better, and are fire resistant, which is good. They do fade a bit quicker than normal ACUs, so wash them lightly.
