Condor is almost certainly not built to milspec. Pantac is great gear, almost on par with current Eagle stuff.

I used to own a condor MOPC. The PALS webbing was kind of janky , but it held up fairly well, with very little fraying. I have two Pantac EPC knockoffs, and I must say.. Those are very solid. I've put my Khaki Pantac PC through a ton of abuse, and it shows no wear and tear with any stitching.

I know some dudes in a particular Navy unit (not SEALs) who sold their issued PC for a huge profit and bought Pantac PCs for deployment, apparently they lasted through the deployment.
