Yep, The closet AK model i see to a 47 is a AKM. Which is not a Ak 47 model.

It is an AK, sure. Not an AK 47. And yes, it does matter.

Link?

As far as i know, they Do not make a AK 47.
Here is one I found
http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=3026

Note: they are not AK-47's but they are a variant (ak-74) there are a few more on Airsoft GI
Thats exactly what i said. I am quite aware Dboys makes 74 models, i have owned 3 (Now 2) and worked on a handfull of them. They are fantastic guns to use. And wel worth the money.

Like i Said, they do not make AK 47, Nor the 47s.

Okay, you can try to Jam 7.62 into a 74.

The Designs are not the same. Same concept yes, but no. it is not the same.

All other Gas operated rifles are the same concept too, but not the same design.

It is just my opinion, but I think all AK's are meant to be and look WAY better and best when they are stock. I think you should just replace the stock with the original and keep it the same. If not, then get a folding stock.
Do what you love, love what you do.
