stuck roll pin.

Postby CCCman » Tue Feb 22, 2011 8:33 am

hi i got a madbull daniel defense metal body and a magpul pts trigger guard. I installed it into the body, but i needed to remove the trigger guard and the roll pin is completely stuck. I spent 3 hours hammering it and the pin didn't budge. Do you know if i can go to home depot to get it removed?

I would try AONW first, seeing as it is airsoft related.

Pro-tip - stop after 10 seconds next time, your doing something wrong if it is that hard.
:D

ASONW is a good idea, a local auto machine shop or auto mechanic shop might be able to help if you haven't totally bunged up the hole as well. They may have to drill it out etc depending on what you have done to it with your "hammering"

Did you try hitting it from the other side? Could it be a tapered pin?

I agree with Mitch here...should have stopped

another tip: leave it alone until you can get a professional opinion or help...you wouldn't want to do irreversible damage

Try AONW or XTremez in Washington
