yes, it should fit. you are going to pay just about the price of the gun itself for the king arms CASV though. i think last i saw they were retailing in the low 200s. its VERY expensive, but its also VERY well made.

you can sometimes find lower quality ones for less money. i had a chiclone version that came on a gun that wasn't bad, but certainly wasn't anywhere near as nice as the KA.

Or you could buy the real Vltor CASV for about the same price, and have something of MUCH higher quality.
