Any non-store that charges you money for tightbore installation is a rip off. Unless you have a TOP M60 or something.

So what, one persons time isn't worth anything unless they are sitting behind a counter at a store?
Either you learn how to do something yourself, Or you pay someone for their time. Being at a store has nothing to do with anything.
If someone chooses to give you their time and effort for free they are doing you a favor.
