All three deserved it, are you trying to be an a$$?

Congratulations to the winners!

ya that came out wrong. just trying to state my opinion. what i meant to say is that 2nd and 3rd should have swapped places. all three did a great job.

Congratulations to the winners. Cosmos, don't be surprised if your son is in Mommy's closet trying on that cocktail dress when he's older. ;) I kid; he's a real good sport. :D

Cosmos wrote:By the way Precious my son proves that your gender need not dictate your costume choice. I know that it would be nice to stay within your own gender to feel more comfortable. I can think of more than a few awesome female action heroes. Two of them being from films by the same man(Luc Besson) as Leon The Professional. I don't want to completely give it away I want people to think about it and research themselves. I can't wait until next year.

Sorry man, I don't think I'm macho enough to be Bruce Willis or Rambo. Prepubescent kids like yours can easily be made to look like the other gender, but I don't think I could pull it off without looking silly.

Gz to all three winners!
On a sidenote: There's nothing as humiliating as missing a prize by 0,07 :D:D:D But yea, I'll try to do better next year, and if possible, with a better cam :P

And Harry, some find electrical outlets very stimulating :D

Nuts I really wish I had checked out this thread earlier so I could laugh about Harry's retarded posts.

Congrats to the winners.

Congrats to the winners and the nominees! I enjoyed looking at a good number of these, seeing how people can come up with some pretty damn fun costumes.

To be quite frank, though, this carried around too much drama with it. I know it's the internet, but seriously people take a step back before you post and just ask yourself what you're doing.

And Precious, there's actually a good number of characters you could try to pull off. They just have to be from the right sources in order to sway most of the people here. Most AP'ers would get confused about why all the action in a manga is going backwards (right to left, people...) and why an OVA is not a movie  Just think about action movies and first person shooters and you've pretty much got your bases covered here. I liked the Seras costume, though :D I think you should make a Harkonnen Mark II for it! (The next question: Picking it up....)

Precious, one word: Domino.

If you were a character actor, you could gain 100 lbs and play Steven Seagal.

And those were a good 3 winners. Better luck next time, War Gumby!
